How to setup Email Archiving

All you need to do to enable Email Archiving is to purchase the Incoming & Archiving bundle and then configure your domains MX records to use the Spam Experts incoming filtering servers by following the guide here:
https://portal.winserve.co.uk/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/86/How-to-setup-Incoming-Filtering.html

You then need to enable the Archiving service in the Spam Panel (it is not enabled by default.

By default all mail users for your domain are now archived. You can change that setting under Archived > Archived recipients.

Your incoming mail will then be routed through the spam filter servers and all the legitimate email will be automatically archived.

You can manage your archiving settings, view the archive, resend and download archived emails directly in the Spam Panel.
