Clients can create a zip archive of their space files ready for download in our control panel:
- Login to your hosting control panel.
- From the left navigation menu select Account Menu > Spaces.
- Click your space name.
- From the left navigation menu select Hosting Space Menu > File Manager.
- Check the box next to the folder of the same name as the website you want to backup.
- Click the "Zip" icon from the top menu.
- Give the archive a name.
- Click Zip to create the archive.
- If your webspace has a lot of files or is large in size then please be patient while the Zip file is created.
- Once complete you can click the Zip file name to download it.
