What is archived?
All inbound email that goes through the SpamExperts filter is archived. Email that is routed internally from domain to domain (or users within the same domain) within the Winserve mail servers will bypass SpamExperts and not be archived.
How long will email be archived?
There is no default time limitation for archiving, however there is a limit of 10 GB of storage space for your archived messages. You can change these settings in the Spam Panel.
How are the archived emails exported?
You can export your archives from the Spam Panel, they are exported in EML format.
