What is the process to cancel a service?

To cancel any hosting service you have with Winserve please follow the instructions below:

  • Login to our billing panel at https://portal.winserve.co.uk
  • Click Services > My Services from the menu
  • Click the service you wish to cancel
  • Click Request Cancellation at the bottom of the page
  • Complete the cancellation form
