Clients can upgrade and downgrade their hosting package at anytime within our billing system. You do not loose any account credit as the system will fully credit the amount due for your upgrade with any pro-rata credit you may have for previous hosting payments.
In order to upgrade your hosting package to another one please follow the instructions below:
- Login to the billing portal https://portal.winserve.co.uk
- Click Services > My Services from the menu.
- Click the service you want to upgrade from the list.
- Click Upgrade.
- Select the package you want to upgrade to and its billing term.
- Make payment for your upgrade via the various billing options and we will carry out your upgrade once the order is complete.
