Some ASP.NET and Core applications may require the IIS application pool option of "Load User Profile" to be enabled. Certain tasks such as managing certificates via the Cryptographic Service Provider require this to be enabled.
If this is required for your application you can open a support ticket and request it to be enabled. We can only enable this option on our Enterprise packages, so if you are not on one please upgrade your package first.
