How to access your websites raw log files

You can access your websites raw log files via FTP.
When a website is created on our systems a Logs folder is created under the folder named directly after the websites master domain name (above it's wwwroot).
Then within this Logs folder is one called W3SVCxxxx where xxxx is your unique website identifier number.

If your normal FTP account is blocking access to the Logs folder please create a new FTP account that accesses this websites folder directly (/yourwebsite.com/logs/W3SVCxxxx/):
