We are writing to let you know about a price increase we are implementing on our hosting packages. This is in line with our standard terms of service, but has been driven by volatility in the energy market.
The volatility in the energy market has been widely publicised, with energy prices currently as much as ten times higher than 2021 levels.
The recent announcement of government support for businesses, in the form of a discount to the wholesale price, has given us a level of cost certainty for the next six months. But our costs, going into the winter period, are still up significantly.
Our infrastructure provider costs have increased 39% this year due to energy costs.
We will be covering the majority of these increases, however we have no choice that in order to cover a portion of these increased costs we will be increasing hosting package prices for existing clients from 1st December 2022.
Therefore all existing clients hosting packages will retain their existing price plus an increase of 15%.

Why we're increasing our rates?
Due to massively increased energy costs our infrastructure provider costs are up 39% this year.
What do I need to do?
There is nothing you need to do. Your renewal invoices for existing hosting services will increase by 15% starting from 01/12/2022. If you pay by card or Paypal the new amount will be taken as normal on your normal monthly or annual renewal dates starting 01/12/2022.
What if I have a discount on my hosting package?
If you have a discount, then this will not change, your discount percentage will still apply to the new price.
What can I do if I am not happy with the changes?
We do no hold clients to any minimum terms or contracts. If you do not accept the price increases please submit a cancellation request for your service before its next renewal date after 01/12/2022 and you will no longer be charged for your hosting package and we will close it off for you.
