We have made some small price increases to our hosting packages for new orders.
We have not increased our prices in 10 years of business so this small increase is to help with economic inflation and to enable us to grow while keeping our high quality of service and support.
New prices are reflected on our website and order systems.
We will be also be increasing hosting package prices for existing clients from 1st April 2021.
All existing clients hosting packages will retain their original purchased price plus an increase of 10%.

What do I need to do?
There is nothing you need to do. Your renewal invoices for existing hosting services will increase by 10% starting from 01/04/2021. If you pay by card or Paypal the new amount will be taken as normal on your normal monthly or annual renewal dates starting 01/04/2021.
What if I have a discount on my hosting package?
If you have a discount, then this will not change, your discount percentage will still apply to the new price.
What can I do if I am not happy with the changes?
We do no hold clients to any minimum terms or contracts. If you do not accept the price increases please submit a cancellation request for your service before its next renewal date after 01/04/2021 and you will no longer be charged for your hosting package and we will close it off for you.
