An EPP code is an authorisation code which is required when a registrant wants to transfer their domain name to another registrar.
If you have a domain registered with us and want to transfer it to another registrar then you can get an EPP code from your client area by following the guide below:
- Login to at https://portal.winserve.co.uk
- Click Domains from the top navigation menu and My Domains.
- Click the spanner icon next to the domain you want the EPP code for.
- In the left hand navigation menu click Get EPP Code.
- The requested EPP code will be sent via email to the Registrant contact on the domains Whois records.
- If you do not get the email please ensure you update the Registrant contact email address to a valid one you can access
