Clients can create new FTP accounts in their control panel:
- Login to your hosting control panel.
- Click the FTP Accounts icon.
- Click the Create FTP Account button.
- Enter a username for the FTP Account.
- Enter a password for the FTP Account.
- Click in the Home Folder field and you can use the little arrow icons to navigate through your hosting space. Select the folder you want the FTP account to start in. By default this would be the root of your account.
- Choose if you want Read, Write or both access rights for the FTP account.
- Click Update.
- The new FTP account is now created.
